有人可以帮我吗？我正在努力奋斗，但没有任何解决方案。我已经将我的js和css文件保存在WEB-INF文件夹中。

首先，您需要像下面这样在dispatcher-servlet文件中声明资源：

<mvc:resources mapping="/resources/**" location="/resources/folder/" />

带有网址映射/ resources / **的任何请求都将直接查找/ resources / folder /。

现在在jsp文件中，您需要像这样包含css文件：

<link href="<c:url value="/resources/css/main.css" />" rel="stylesheet">

同样，您可以包含js文件。
